Introduction:   

It is a kind of economical panel furniture production equipment. It is customized according to the size of holes required by panel furniture three in one link pieces and sawdust. There are four spindles on the head of the machine. When processing the cabinet, the cutters loaded on the spindle are respectively 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 15mm. When drilling, the four spindles are pneumatically switched to solve the required hole position. During slotting and cutting, two spindles loaded with 6 mm and 8 mm cutters are used for processing. At the same time, the four process cutting machine can also realize the processing of simple plastic door panel modeling.

The four process cutting machine is suitable for the start-up customers of furniture factory. It has low investment budget, high cost performance and meets the demand of initial processing.

1. The machine structure is composed of four spindles, which are pneumatically switched. Four different cutting tools are installed to realize panel furniture cutting, punching, slotting, and cabinet door plate milling.

3. Automatic loading and unloading system can be selected to optimize the cutting, drilling vertical holes, automatic blanking in one gas, and the process is uninterrupted to maximize efficiency and output.
